My Girl Linda Vojtova
Linda is one of my all time favorite models. I think she is one of the most striking, elegant, unique looking women I’ve ever seen. She doesn’t work very much anymore because she already made her fortune in the ’90s. She pretty much only takes high paying lingerie campaigns (and rightfully so, as she is in her mid 30s and has a body that will never quit) and Vogue features now… I was so excited to see her as the focus of several different editorials in Elle Russia, February 2010!!! Here are my favorite shots from that issue. Enjoy!
P.S. On of my very favorite eds from Spanish Vogue stared this lovely lady. It is in my ‘Top 10 Editorials Of All Time’ folder.Years ago, that shoot made me fall in love with Linda’s face…as well as the fashion industry as a whole; so I still have a soft spot for her in my heart. I saw her with a high knotted braid, sheer body suit and Chanel surfboard…and somewhere in the dark corners of my internal museum, the fashion bulb ignited.
