Cheap trick a friend taught me…suck on a beer bottle (or a root beer bottle) for about 20 seconds for intense plumping that lasts several hours. Then apply chapstick before lipstick. It fills in fine line which will also give your lips a fuller look, as well as keep your color from bleeding. Try not to fuss with your lips too much, and once your chapstick absorbs, your color will be perfectly uniform and flawless. Go gettum girls!
