So, this isn’t necessarily becoming a tradition, but often when I am looking for my funnies, I find equally uplifting stuff to share…so here is some pure joy:

I am calling today’s Friday Funnies a ‘Guest Post”, not because someone else is actually compiling a post for me today for the theme, but because I stumbled upon a hilarious blogger that perfectly shares my sense of humor, and I have highgrated almost half of today’s funnies from his blog…so as to not be a butthead, I am dedicating the post to him! The American photographer known for his risqué studio shots photographed eight potential supermodels that Carine Roitfeld feels ”bring a new energy to fashion.” Roitfeld styled the girls in the most recent resort collections – layering them in bold prints and tacky Hawaiian leis for an over the top statement shot. When asked about her cover subjects, Carine explained, “These eight girls are unique, not one is like the other. Candice is the only blonde and blue-eyed of this new generation of supermodels. Joan is black, Sui He is Asian, Hanna is North African. It’s their diversity that makes each of them, to me, truly modern.”
